The framework for AV is a model of sustainability, not just in materials used for building, or other art based endeavors, but also as a blueprint for business, wealth, and resource redistribution.

AT  A F R O V E L V E T , WE THRIVE KNOWING THAT BUILDING A SOLID IDENTITY CREATES THE FOUNDATION FOR WHOLENESS. BY SPECIALIZING IN TAILORED DESIGN AND CREATIVE DIRECTION AROUND EACH CLIENT, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAKE YOUR UNIQUE IDENTITY THE NORM AND OFFER TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCES AROUND THAT NEW NORM.

AV MAINLY FOCUSES ON THE ADVANCEMENT OF INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES AND IT’S ARTISTS, ENTREPRENEURS, AND ORGANIZATIONS. IN FASHION AND ENTERTAINMENT, A CERTAIN IMAGE IS OFTEN CURATED AROUND WHAT INDIGENOUS PEOPLE LOOK LIKE. AFROVELVET IS HERE TO RE-TAILOR THAT IMAGE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF the global majority or african diaspora, HEALING OUR OWN SELF PERCEPTION AND HELPING RESTRUCTURE THE COMMUNITY TO BE SELF RELIANT AND FORTITUDINOUS.

THE MODEL FOR AFROVELVET CALLS TO ACTION PRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES TO SUPPORT THE PRODUCTION OF ONE-OF-A-KIND EXPERIENCES WHICH WILL CONTRIBUTE TO WEALTH AND LAND DISTRIBUTION FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES INTERNATIONALLY. DONATIONS MADE WILL BE TAX DEDUCTIBLE AND EACH DONOR WILL RECEIVE THEIR CHOICE OF AN ART OR WEARABLE ART PIECE. MONETARY DONATIONS THAT EXCEED PRODUCTION COSTS WILL FUND 100% CACAO AND OTHER AFROVELVET PROJECTS THAT EMPLOY MEMBERS OF underprivileged art COMMUNITies globally.
